RETURN POLICY

All sales of alcoholic beverages are final.

Exchanges will be considered only for products that are defective due to a manufacturer issue, such as corked wine or other verified product defects. Products cannot be returned or exchanged due to customer preference, change of mind, or incorrect selection.

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase and be accompanied by a valid sales receipt. Management reserves the right to inspect the product and determine whether it qualifies for an exchange.
